I finally found the plugin to speed up weighting. It transfers weights from your base mesh onto the added parts so you can make clothes fit better.

I'm working on a tutorial but here's the link
bowlroll.net/file/375

---Set Up Plugin---

Step 1. Download the plugin from this link - bowlroll.net/file/375

Step 2. Unzip the files into your plugin folder...for example on my computer it's "PMDEditor_0139(english)\_plugin\User". It will be the "User" folder inside the "plugin" folder in your version of PMXE.

( I think I'm actually using PMXE I don't think this works on normal PMDE -bowlroll.net/file/7512- heres a link to another plugin which I haven't tested and don't even know if it does the same thing, but the title seems relevant, it might work for normal PMDE. )

---Transfering Weight Map----

Step 1. Select all the vertices on the naked base model (without hair or accessories)

Step 2. Go to the plugin and select the second option. Save a new .csv file calling it "LATBase" or something like that.

Step 3. Load your models clothes and then select only all your models clothing vertices.

Step 4. Go to the plugin, and select the first option. Open the .csv file you saved earlier.

Step 5. Done...now go in and fix any problem areas. And for skirts use the skirt plugin to make them move.

It's so easy It makes me cry.
